CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive massage technique that works to identify and relieve restrictions in the body. With CST, Kristi facilitates healing and helps the body self-correct what is causing it pain with the help of the body’s “inner physician.”

Kristi Schreiner-Huffey, CST, LMP, MSW, made a life-changing decision to leave her job as a counselor and pursue her interests in massage therapy, bodywork, health, fitness, jewelry design, and Craniosacral Therapy (CST). Kristi continues to deepen her knowledge and is currently pursuing the CST certification - Diplomate (CST-D), which includes SomatoEmotional Release (SER).

Inspired by the birth of her son on a rare blue moon in 2004 Kristi Schreiner-Huffey, CST, LMP, MSW, made a life-changing decision to leave her job as a counselor and pursue her interests in massage therapy, bodywork, health, fitness, and jewelry design.

Kristi earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work in 1999. She obtained her Massage Therapist license following her graduation from massage school in April 2007. Her continuing education has given her knowledge and earned her certifications in CranioSacral Therapy (CST), in 2017. Her services and tools are unique to the Walla Walla Valley and provide alternative methods to healing the mind, body, and spirit in a way that traditional methods may not address.

Kristi continues to deepen her knowledge and is currently pursuing the next level of CST certification - Diplomate (CST-D), which includes SomatoEmotional Release (SER). In the future, she plans to contribute to the field by teaching CranioSacral Therapy.

Kristi currently teaches one yoga class each week on Thursdays form 9-10 a.m. She has a 200-hour certification in Vinyasa yoga and is certified by the Yoga Alliance. She is also working on a 280-hour Kundalini level one certification. Kristi’s current yoga class is a mix of bodywork and movement. Her goal is to teach people how to breathe and move so that they can replicate at home.
